Aloha! I’m Josh, Go Grinds’ resident Guru of Grinds.

I’ve spent years tending bars, running restaurants, and working in fine dining. I love feeding people—and making them feel cared for.

During the pandemic, I completed more than 4,000 DoorDash deliveries in Seattle, earning a five-star rating and Top Dasher status. You could say I got plenty of practice finding dinner’s front door.

Next came The Food Ferry on Washington’s Vashon Island, where I became the self-appointed “Founding Fairy.” I brought restaurant hospitality to people’s doorsteps, with good food and a personal touch.

Now I’m grateful to call Kauaʻi home and bring that experience to Go Grinds. Whether you’re finishing work or winding down after exploring the island, I want dinner to be the easiest part of your day.
